About us
Karen & Charlotte
Hi, I’m Karen. I started Dandy Candy 6 years ago as a hobby, but life took me on a different path when my mum became very ill. I took time off to care for her but sadly, she passed away. I found that focusing on my business helped me through my grief. Being involved in happy occasions and celebrations was truly healing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dandy Candy for my Grandma’s birthday party, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional and incredibly creative.
On the day of the event, I was blown away with the sweet cart and the post box that Karen provided. The decorations were not only beautiful but also perfectly aligned with the theme I discussed with Karen. Before the event I sent Karen a list of sweets and chocolates that I wanted for the cart and Karen did an amazing job with sourcing the sweets and chocolates that I requested.
Throughout the process, Karen was professional and met all deadlines. She arrived on time for setup, also left us with some left over sweets and chocolates to fill up for later on in the evening during the party. Communication was prompt, and she was always available to answer questions or make adjustments.
Thank you for the lovely display candy cart at my sister-in-law’s 25th wedding anniversary party. Thank you to Karen who accommodated allergies and was very helpful. Such a stunning display and highly recommended!

What is your set-up process like?
Our set-up process is seamless and efficient. We arrive with plenty of time to set up before the event begins and take everything down on the same day, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Can I choose my own sweets?
We offer a wide variety of sweets, including Haribos, marshmallows, strawberry laces, and so much more! If you have a specific request or favourite treat in mind, just let us know.
What flavour are the donuts?
We offer plain, iced or chocolate flavour donuts.
Can I choose a theme or colour scheme?
Yes! We can decorate to match your event theme and colour scheme.
Will I have the chance to meet you?
Hopefully, yes! While it’s rare, there may be occasions when it’s not possible. However, I always strive to provide a personal service, so I can guarantee a phone call regardless.
Will top-up sweets be provided?
Yes, I’ll leave extra sweets in case they need topping up. If they’re not used, you can always give them out as gifts to your guests!
Are the games suitable for inside?
Some of the games are suitable for indoors, but not the larger ones.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable, unless I were to cancel.
Do you have liability?
Yes, I do.
